CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): How we are thinking has a significant influence on what we are feeling and what we say and do (or don't say and do!).

Sometimes we are very conscious of these thought patterns and sometimes less so.

How CBT can Help

CBT sessions can help us to recognise unhelpful negative thought patterns and behaviours as we experience them. We are then more able to find ways to think differently and make more helpful choices in how we respond.

CBT encourages a focus on current issues and helps find ways to make positive changes each day.
