Anxiety and panic

When anxiety is active it can feel really hard to get anything done. Feelings of panic, obsessive thoughts or extreme anxiousness can dominate.
While a certain degree of anxiety can motivate us to achieve our best, when anxious thoughts start to get in the way of living the life we want to lead, it can be a good time to start considering new ways of dealing with the problem.
Counselling or 'talking' therapy can be a very helpful contribution to overcoming feelings of anxiety and panic.
