 Counselling can help to tackle many relationship problems and concerns, including when:
- you seem to argue all the time
- you don't seem to have anything to talk about to each other
- you don't seem able to make time for each other any more
- work interferes with family life
- family life changes with a new baby or when children leave home
- there has been an affair
- a health issue affects your relationship
- help is needed following a separation
Seeking counselling prior to a crisis point can also help solve issues at an earlier stage before they become magnified. I will listen to each of you carefully and help you explore ways of achieving the relationship you desire.

Sessions last for sixty minutes and take place in my home office near Hook in Hampshire close to the M3 junction 5 and convenient for Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnham, Reading, Farnborough, Yateley and surrounding areas.
