Anger management
Anger is a powerful emotion and can have a huge unmanageable impact on relationships, employment and social situations.
It can be difficult to recognise what prompts frustrated or angry reactions and it can seem as if they are triggered without warning.
I work with people motivated to make changes to how they manage their reaction to feeling angry. I can also help explore the underlying reasons that lead to angry feelings. I do this on a one-to-one basis in a supportive, peaceful environment. I work with men, women, children and young people.

A recent
YouGov poll found that 1 in 8 people say they have trouble controlling their anger and that 1 in 4 people worry about how angry they sometimes feel.
